Favorite movies: Dune. This is a science fiction action drama about the
elixir of life, that really has it all. The Matrix. Another
futuristic movie with much hidden meaning and philosophy.
-
Some favorite music: Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, Tyranny of Beauty by
Tangerine Dream, L'Apocalypse Des Animaux by Vangelis, Transfer Station
Blue by Michael Shrieve, The Best of The Gipsy Kings. You will have to
listen to these and see whether you are as deeply moved as I. No words
can really describe music, not even the notes themselves. I wish I could
give you some sound file samples here.

Recent favorite books (very difficult for me to choose here):
-
Inanna Returns by Susan Ferguson,
a book about the Archetypal Goddess and our human evolution, based on the
work of Zecharia Sitchin and beautifully written.
-
"Loving Relationships I and II" by Sondra Ray, great if you want to get
into the nuts and bolts of how to make your realtionships work.
-
"Radical Honesty" by Brad Blanton, Ph.D., a must for those with the courage
to be real and live life fully, a primer for all those who really want
to spend quality time with me.
-
"Future Memory" by P.M.H. Atwater, a fascinating treatise on synchronicity
and the nature of time in our lifes.
-
"Far Journeys" by Robert Monroe, the book that will lead you beyond the
human experience back to the stars and other focus states of consciousness.
-
"Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience" by Mihaly Scikszentmihalyi,
a wonderful book on what kind of activities create joy and what we have
to do to get there.
-
"Childhood's End" by Arthur C. Clarke, the best fictional book I have so
far read on the impact an ET race might have on us.
-
"The Drama of The Gifted Child" by Alice Miller, must reading if you wish
to free yourself from the shackles placed on the joy most of us would have
retained naturally, were our spirits not threatened by deep psychological
wounds upon arrival in the human family today.
-
"The Zone" by Dr. Barry Sears, the book that helped me lose weight and
keep it off.
-
"Passionate Marriage: Keeping Love and Intimacy Alive in Committed
Relationships" by David Schnarch, Ph.D., a pioneering work that shows how
to utilize committed relationships as a way to grow yourself up and find
intimacy.
-
Favorite electronic games: F22 Raptor and F22 Lightning 3 by Novalogic
and Descent
(original version and Deluxe). If you like to feel your heart pound, fight
against me in one of these.
-
Favorite television series: Babylon
5 Well, that may be changing, but it explores a wide range of
issues, and while each episode stands alone, the characters are build up
in their full complexity over the time of an evolving story line that weaves
through the many episodes.
-
Favorite animals: Whales, dolphins, my friend's now deceased dog "Bourgee,"
all of whom have or had a great sense of what it takes to be joyful.
-
Favorite Airplanes: F-104 and F-16. I love to fly and go to the stars.
I find a feeling of freedom in the expanse of space.

I once sat in the cockpit of this bird, a real thrill at the time. As
a child I would often see the F-104 and of course hear it go overhead.
It was a flying rocket and had a parachute deployed to slow the plane upon
landing.

This plane to me is proof that true function enhances the beauty of
an object. Nothing is so beautiful on an aircraft as the bubble canopy
on this bird. I was looking for the most realistic flight simulator for
my computer back in the days of the 386 CPUs. I found it in Falcon Gold.
May you enjoy all these creations as I do!
